GPA Youth Missions was started when Dr. Gary Moore had a vision for youth to be involved in missions. The first trip took place in 1996 to Wales. Since then, GPAYM has provided hundreds of young people with the opportunity to share their faith in Jesus Christ in eight different countries and many stateside locations. For 10 years Keith Johnson, along with his wife Roberta, faithfully directed GPAYM until he passed away in 2009. His son Zach, with his wife Angie, began to direct the trips in 2009.
God has been gracious in allowing GPAYM to minister to thousands of people all across the world, and many of them have been given eternal life through Jesus Christ! We are thankful that God is using this ministry for His glory!
Not only do we direct short term mission trips, but God has also laid it on our hearts to get involved in youth revivals and rallies all across America! We’ve already seen fruit in this aspect of ministry with souls saved and young people surrendering their lives to do God’s will.
Our prayer and goal for both aspects of this ministry is for young people to get a burden to reach out with the love and mercy of God to the lost in the world while bringing HIM glory!
